Training for Young Knights
Hear ye, young warriors of wellness!
(30 min, in-person)
Join the Nourished Knights Training, where little heroes learn how to fuel their bodies for strength, focus, and adventure. In this hands-on class, our junior knights will embark on a quest to discover what’s really inside the foods they eat.
Together, we’ll:
⚔️ Learn to “decode the scrolls” (read food labels)
🍎 Sort foods into their proper kingdoms — fruits, grains, proteins, and more🛡️ Learn the impacts and affects foods and their ingredients have on our bodies
🛍️ Uncover the hidden signs on food packages (perfect for even our youngest squires who can’t yet read!)
🥕 Identify real, powerful ingredients that help our bodies thrive
By the end of this adventure, each young knight will be armed with the wisdom to choose foods that make them strong, healthy, and ready to conquer their day!
