The Nourished Sisters

The older wiser sister (Alissa) has a passion for nutrition. The younger ambitious sister (Cherice) has a passion for entrepreneurship. They both have a passion for their children. God led the ambitious sister down the path to share.  She approached her older wiser sister with this idea...Nourished Knights was born!

We are combining our talents and obsession to bring awareness to parents & children that they are in a war for their health.  We will educate, provide resources, guidance, and inspiration so you can arm yourself and children to win this battle.
