Tis’ the Season


I don’t know about you, but with the busy time of year, it’s hard to find the will power to care about what the kids eat. I mean I care, but I don’t have the energy to make the healthier option or fight the good fight. But you’re in luck! My sister and I would like to bring you a simple solution this week. It’s a version of This or That but with our Nourished Knight twist. We’ve done all the research and work to bring you, Friend or Foe. Our Nourished Knight promise, these swaps have no artificial colors, seed oils, gluten, or added refined sugars in them. I hope these simple swaps help you to fight the good fight this holiday season without having to find more energy fuel in your already empty energy tanks! 


We included all the favorites:

Fruit Snacks, Beef Sticks, Chips, Pop Corn, Gummy Bears, Cheeze It's and even Gummy Bears!




DISCLAIMERS:

Gummy Bears - these are both a Foe, they’re candy! But if you are allowing a candy during the holidays, pick the one with no artificial colors!


Soda - our number one choice is flavored soda water. However, if your child is used to sweetened drinks like traditional soda, we recommend you choose a soda with much less sugar like Poppi as you wean them off sweetened drinks.
